Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing times may be extended by a few days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard (Domestic) [3–8 business days]
Express (Domestic) [1–3 business days]
International Shipping [7–21 business days]

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and external factors beyond our control.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

Shipping notice for Trinidad and Tobago

All orders are produced and shipped from the United States. While US, Canada and UK orders typically arrive within standard time frames, deliveries to Trinidad & Tobago may take 3–4 weeks due to processing delays with TT CUSTOMS and TT Post, which are outside of our control.

(A sky box ships within standard/normal time frame if you are shipping to Trinidad).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PAC 1962 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@pac1962.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work to resolve the issue quickly.
