At PAC1962 we take pride in creating quality, products. Because all items are custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pride1962.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once we review your request, we will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All sales are final – We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Please review the size chart carefully before placing an order. If you need help choosing the right size, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Since our products are made on request, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are in production. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Shipping Issues

Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If you experience a shipping issue, please reach out to the carrier for assistance.
